When I press the left button of the mouse on a thumbnail of a photo, a menu
appears, but no items are seen on it though you can see the sub menus if you
navigate on it

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
left click on thumbnail

Actual Results:  
menu with no items

Expected Results:  
menu with items

It's releavant of KDE theme used. go to KDE control panel and change it.

Also, try to use digiKam 1.2.0

Yes CDE theme is set by default to KDE windows. I move this entry to KDE
windows component. Oxygen theme must be selected by default under windows.

CDE theme is certainly bugous.
