Using ctrl + shift + e in a preview for an editor plugin (using the new unified
preview widget) doesn't activate the scrollbars when switching from fit to 100%
view.

Johannes,

Scroll-bar are visible automaticaly when its necessary, at zooming in/out. With
new Qt4 model/view implementation of editor Canvas, scroll-bar are not forced
to be show all the time (see bug #224246).

I close this file now...
