I fixed the same bug for Gwenview (Bug #227313). You can have a look at the
changes here:

Note that I only tested with libjpeg 6.2 and 8.0, I haven't tried 7.0.

We should try to convince libjpeg devs to include the lossless operation code
in the public API :/
