Apparently noone checked before.
When you run CMake, please check the line "Identified libjpeg version:" which
should then be 80.
Also please check that libs/jpegutils/libjpeg-80/transupp.cpp is used for
compilation (simplest check: rename it and make sure that compilation fails in
this case)
