Sorry, I forgot about the other dependencies that use libjpeg (Qt and kdelibs).
So, downgrading libjpeg and only some application will break parts of the
system (other apps)
For a full downgrade you will have to downgrade libjpeg and recompile all the
applications/libraries using it..
