The flickr export plugin currently only updates the uploading progressDlg on
FlickrWindow::slotAddPhotoSucceeded.

For those of us on slow/quirky wifi connections who sometimes upload one or two
huge photos, it would be great to have some feedback on how far each photo has
come.
