With digikam 1.1 the tag tree is expanded when one clicks the "Tags already
assigned" -button. With Version 1.2.0 (rev.: 1089969) only the tags directly
below "My Tags" are shown and one has to manually open each hierarchy to see
which tags are assigned. I would like see the tag tree expanded automatically
as in 1.1.

Expand to all checked tags in ImageDescEditTab if they should be shown only.
