Using 1.1.0 svn 1076003, the local contrast plugin displays scroll bars around
the preview window even if the preview is smaller than the preview area.

I know. it's a work around a Qt3 transition class bug used with preview widget.
I will fix it when i will port this class to pure Qt4...
