When creating a calendar for 2010, I noticed that some months were not formated
correctly.
Whenever a month needs 6 rows to put the days in (i.e. 6 different week rows,
the last row is cut off. The numbers are only half printed and the lines around
the days are also cut off for the last row.

This happens for January, May, and October 2010, but each year has a few of
such months.
