Within German internationalization instead of displaying the German text its
corresponding English text is used. That happens within some contexts like e.g.

Einstellungen->dikam einrichten->Sammlungen
  Text below "Basisordner" is in English

Einstellungen->dikam einrichten->Verschiedene Einstellungen
  Second button is labeled in English - "Confirm when permanently
  deleting items."

Most tips use English instead of German.
