Erm... why exactly should this bug be a duplicate of bug 173632? AFAIK these
bugs are completely unrelated... also, while I am not a developer and don't use
the bug tracker too often it seems rather strange to me that a bug with some
votes is marked as a duplicate of a newer bug with no votes. I think it would
be better to do that the other way round, e.g. mark the newer bug as a
duplicate of the older bug.
