At the picasa export window, the selection of images to upload experience can
be improved a bit.
At the radio button selection, a third option "All album images" could be
added.
Also, the "Select photos" button should be disabled until the "Select images
for upload" radio is selected OR pushing the button should also automatically
select the necessary radio list entry as well (I'm not sure which one is the
recommended behavior).
