Lists of languages in kipi-plugin and main digiKam caption field miss en-US
(USA) entry.

Probably list is taken from place where x-default was en-US but x-default
should mean local (or organizational) default. In my case it is "pl-PL" and
when I'd like to set English caption I cannot choose en-US as an alternative.
en-GB isn't bad but lack of en-US is striking.
