Installed from:    Fedora RPMs

after the long waiting time to start Digikam, i select 1 or more photos and try
to remove exif information, it comes up with the confirmation screen when i
click "yes" the program crashes with above message.

i did not install gdb yet so i need to wait another 15 minutes before digikam
starts up and i can post the backtrace.

it seems i am unable to create a bug report due to some crash handler being
severely damaged. i hope this is enough info, if not let me know how i can
provide more information
