When selecting a time frame (clicking on a bar) in the Timeline, no thumbnails
are shown, even though the bar indicates that there are pictures in the
collection which were taken during that time.

You have to click on the tiny area below the bars, where the cursor becomes a
hand cursor.

Gilles, we should get creative to solve this usability / discoverability
feature.
