If I select a 10MP RAW image for editing and enable the "sharpen"-tool it takes
digikam some minutes to create the preview (the tool's slider is set to 100).

Since this is a dual core with 2GB RAM I think that if this machine cannot
generate a preview within a few seconds digikam should not try to do so
automatically, but wait for the user to click on "try".
