The caption text area is very large, taking up half the space on lower
resolutions.

For people who don't use the caption feature, this is incredibly bothersome.

Ideally, this should be resizable, which would also improve the experience of
those who like to write short novels as captions.

SVN commit 897608 by cgilles:

digiKAm from trunk : limit Caption edit widget height to 100 pixels (around 4
lines of text) instead default
minimum height set by Qt4 api which is too large for sidebar content (around 10
lines of text).
