If NR were to be applied depending on picture info (EXIF), it should take into
account the pair "Camera+ISO Level", not just ISO level.
Of course, it would be even better to have a noise level detection.

Anyway, whatever the solution, this would be an excellent feature, and I
definitely vote for it!
