Am I doing something wrong? Why aren't the CCBUGS / BUGS keywords working
anymore? This can't be so hard to fix, the other stuff is working, too.

fixes text overlapping in welcome page when resizing the sidebar

So this patches fixes the overlapping, but if you make the sidebar too small,
the whole text will float under the digikam logo. But who is resizing the
sidebar like this anyway?
