Pushed by cgilles into branch 'master'.
set setTitle() and title() methods as deprecated. Use new methods setName() and
name() instead.
This is to prevent confusion with Title property available in digiKam with
2.2.0, which can be accessed through attributes methods
Binary compatibility is respected. Adjust API and ABI id accordingly.
