Patch against digiKam git master updated (V4)

In this version, Title property is handle by digiKam search tool (simple or
advanced). Note: Marcel, i fixed a bug in imagequerybuilder.cpp where DB is not
query properly if we search title in comments table. I suspect a wrong Copy and
paste in existing source code...
