Hi,

Before string freeze of 1.0.0, we need to make a final decision about the name
of this plugin.
Some propositions :
1- Liquid rescale
2- Content aware resizing
3- Recompose

1- is the same name as in Gimp
2- is the same name as in the research paper
3- is the same name as in a popular commercial product
