Julien,
If you do "svn up" from digikam root source code,
"digikam/imageplugins/contentawareresizing" folder will not be updated because
it come from another part of subversion repository.
You need to go in "digikam/imageplugins/contentawareresizing" and run "svn up"
again.
I don't know how you have build your patch, but i'm sure that you have used an
non-updated code against svn...
