To port Thumbbar to pure Qt4 model/view, there is 2 way:

- Not really great but fast : Use QScrollArea instead Q3ScroolView as well.
- Really better, but more long to do : re-using component from Marcel about
Iconview already ported to Qt4 model/view

With last one, the advantage is to factorize features. Thumbbar become an
Iconview limited to a simple line/column
