I solved the color cast problem by removing lambda at the end. I read that
Lambda is equal to the mean for Poisson distribution.
For me using 16bits picture is very slow but it is not a loop, I do not
understand why either, because the parameter of the loop in Poisson is lambda
and this does not depend on 16bits or not ?
