Progressively yes, step by step.

Definitively yes, but in a second stage, because B&W preview still
imageguidewidget, and IR / NG use imageregionwidget.
I will port B&W preview to imageregionwidget after 1.1.0, when previewwidget
will be ported to pure Qt4. This can take a while due to huge regression test
to do.
