Another stage for the future is to make noise generator code common in DImg
filters and share it with Infrared tool which have also this option.

After that, Add Noise generator to BQM is the goal...

Perhaps also we can factorize infrared and filmgrain tools ? The advantage is
to reduce tools to load at startup. What do you think about ?
