I can confirm this bug. After using exiv2 to shift the date of lots of
pictures, digikam 0.10.0 refuses to update the "Created" property (apparently
stored in the ImageInformation table). In the EXIF tab the date was updated,
however.

What's even worse is that digikam remembers this information even after
removing and reinserting the pictures. The only way I found to get the date
updated was to temporarily rename the sqlite database.
