With today's SVN:

Quit digikam while in fullscreen mode with kquitapp - NOT full screen on next
start.

Logout while digikam in fullscreen mode - digikam is full screen on session
restore.  

Is this behaviour correct?  The 'Exit full screen mode' button is visible on
session restore so I think this is acceptable.
