Any update status for this ?
It seems for now
* a manual way is using grouping but nothing automated at all
* on a native grouping or whatever name, still no progress.
I make a short try to group some pictures w 2.6.0 and that does not seem to be
really fast (I know group performance is not the subject of the bug but it
makes the proposal not really usable ...; note that's only a short basic test)
