Batch renaming problem

Hello. I was trying rename files with Digikam. Like eg: House-1001, House-1002, House-1003 etc.. But let`s say that folder already contains a file named as House-1001. To circumvent this I tried folder aware numbering, extension aware numbering. None worked so far.

Its not a big problem to remaned a batch file names so you can do it use an AI technology base platform or Bulk Rename Utility tool that used it to easily rename a files.
