Assigning tags keystroke, 0.9.4-beta4

Hello All,

The new functions for assigning tags are a big improvement! However, I'm
still using the mouse to put the cursor into the "Enter New Tag Here"
box (in the 'Captions/Tags' right panel).

Perhaps this is a dumb question, but what is the keyboard shortcut for
this? Or, how do I set one up?

Lawrence,

It's not yet implemented... but planed (i'm busy to work at home).

I will use the same way than Kmail to assigned email to folder.

I other way, i will implement Tag keyboard shortcuts...

OK, thanks Gilles. Good to hear.

When you do this, another request (maybe this is like kmail, i don't
know):

- keystroke into the tag filter box
- in the tag filter box, allow user to assign the selected tag (from
dropdown for example) with a keystroke such as ctrl-return

Lawrence, just for completeness: there is a long discussion
in the bug-tracker, see
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=114465
After Gilles has implemented keyboard short-cuts, the plan
is to close this bug and to open new, separate(!), wishes
for all remaining suggestions, so that each can be discussed
and tackled separately ...
(One of them is already in the BKO:

Thanks Arnd. I'll put my suggestions in the bug reports, once
Gilles has implemented short-cuts and I've some experience
working with them.
