AF_NETLINK socket (Permission denied)"

I am happy installing Digikam 6.4 on Ubuntu 20.04 's macbook pro 2011 but first start did not goes well while I started for the first time ( and others!)

Unfortunately catalogue discovery  get sucked at 8% and freezing the application and others.

Checking the output I noticed many " Could not create AF_NETLINK socket (Permission denied)" and mainly at the begining :

Make me think that this could be caused by the environment but I found such error strange and only occuring when starting DK.

Hi all,
 since I decided to top appArmor service to ensure this is connected.

But I still have the issue, catalogue parsing gets stuck at 8%, DK and all winodowed applications are slow.

And logs output stil report AF_NETLINK socket permission

Any help ?
