Bugzilla from jr@jriddell.org
I've added Digikam to neon user edition but can't find the 5.1 stable

Re: 5.1 stable branch

Bugzilla from jr@jriddell.org

That's a tag, a static point in the Git repo, nothing that bug fixes can be committed to and built on for a 5.1.1 release.  KDE neon stable branches uses branches to build the latest code in Git stable branches for testing.

Re: 5.1 stable branch

I don't understand your logic with Neon stuff...

The development branch is git/master. This is also the stable code when release are published step by step. So git/master is tagged at right version ID. Simple and logic...

Re: 5.1 stable branch

Bugzilla from jr@jriddell.org

Ah hah, I see from your release schedule you don't plan any 5.1.x
bugfix only releases but only expect 5.2.0 with presumably new
features as well as bug fixes, that's a bit unusual but we're here to
work with devs not make them change their workflows so I guess I'll
add the master branch to stable builds and people will have to live
with new features :)

Yes exactly. One month , one releases with bugfixes, and few new small features.

This permit to show the project visible and active.
