0.92 chrashing error

Francesco Scaglioni
Hi,

Just installed 0.9.2 from packman via apt on SuSE and
clicking on the white balance option resulted in a crash
with the following error.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

digikam: symbol lookup error: /opt/kde3/lib/kde3/digikamimageplugin_whitebalance.so: undefined symbol: _ZN7Digikam11ImageWidgetC1ERK7QStringP7QWidgetS3_bib

TIA

Sound like a package conflict unresolved.

If you have DigikamImagePlugins 0.9.1 installed on your computer, remove it.

Re: 0.92 chrashing error

Francesco Scaglioni
The perils of an old pat-enabled suse : digikam installed
fine but apt failed on the plugins : apt-get update then
upgrade "realised" that the correct plugins were missing and
"updated" the old ones and presto .9.2 : and it is great :
thanks ++ to all
