0.9.4 package for Mandriva or source tarball

Having completed the switch from FreeBSD to Mandriva Linux i've just
discovered that there is not a package for 0.9.4 for Mandriva :-(

So, I was going to build from source - except the link from the Digikam
website for the source tarball -
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=42641 - only lists
0.10.0-beta3 and the 0.9.4 docs.

So, where can I get either from?

Alternatively, will it be OK to run 0.9.3 using a database that has been
used under 0.9.4 (on FreeBSD)?

Just click on digikam package from this page, and you will see all version available:
